Wrong size, changed your mind, or something not right? Every item is printed to order, so there's no pre-printed return label waiting in the box, but that doesn't mean it's hard. Fill out the form below and we'll take it from there.
As an EU consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days after receiving it, without giving any reason. This period ends 14 days after the day you (or someone you nominated) receives the goods.
Submit the form above (or email info@frontdeskassistants.com directly) with your order details and why you're returning it. We'll confirm receipt right away and follow up within 2 business days with the return address and instructions, so you're never left guessing where to send it.
Once you have the return address from us, send the item back within 14 days of telling us you want to cancel. The item should be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition. The cost of returning the item is for your own account, unless it arrived damaged or we made an error.
Once we've received the returned item (or proof that you've sent it), we'll refund the full purchase price, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days, using the same payment method you used to pay.
Something arrived damaged, faulty, or wrong? Use the form above and attach a photo. We'll sort out a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
